Dr. Dana Taylor
Dr. Dana Taylor, received her Doctor of Optometry degree from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry in 1986 and joined Dr. Berger the following year. Dr. Taylor is certified in Therapeutic Ocular Disease and completed her Fellowship from the College of Optometrists in Vision Development in 1993. Her fellowship training coupled with 29 years of experience allows her to treat her patients’ individual needs. Working with children to develop their vision and enhance their academic performance continues to be very rewarding to Dr. Taylor. She is a member of the following organizations:

Dr. Taylor served as the Clinical Director of the Special Olympics Lions Club International Opening Eyes program for the Special Olympics in Maryland (2013-2017).. She has also served as a state director for Vision USA (a charitable optometric program), and the College of Optometrists in Vision Development (COVD), as well as, a member of the COVD peer mentor committee. Further involvement of her time and skills to the community includes: providing eye exams for Baltimore City children, examining Special Olympic athletes, and giving presentations on vision development, career development, and other related topics.
Dr. Taylor has two grown children. In her free time, she volunteers at her church and enjoys playing golf.
Dr. Edward Wasloski
Dr. Edward Wasloski, received his Doctor of Optometry degree from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry in 1984 and graduated in the top 5% of his class. Dr. Wasloski interned at the Bascom-Palmer Eye Institute, University of Miami School of Medicine, and completed the Executive Management Program from the University Of Pennsylvania, Wharton School of Business.
Currently, he is the supervising director of a residency in Ocular Disease and Surgical Co-management accredited by Salus University (formerly Pennsylvania College of Optometry). In addition he is Adjust Clinical Professor at State University of New York, PCO/Salus University, Illinois College of Optometry, Waterloo and Rosenberg School of Optometry.
He has served as the President of the MOA, Co-Chair of the Legal Legislative Committee for the MOA, and President of the Greater Baltimore Optometric Society in 1995-1997. Dr. Wasloski has received numerous awards including the Mel Waxman Award from the MOA in 2005, being Fellow of the American Academy of Optometry in 1985, and the Optometrist of the Year from the MOA in 1999.
Dr. Danielle Baran
Dr. Danielle Baran, a Maryland native, completed her undergraduate education at the University of Maryland College Park, receiving a B.S. in Neurobiology & Physiology with a double major in Psychology. She was on the Dean’s List and a member of the Primannum Undergraduate Honor Society while attending the University of Maryland.
She continued her studies at the Pennsylvania College of Optometry, where she was selected for the Beta Sigma Kappa Honor Society. She graduated with highest honors when receiving her Doctorate of Optometry in 2012. Dr. Baran earned clinical honors in her rotations in primary care optometry, contact lenses, and ocular disease/hospital rotations.
Dr. Baran is an active member of both the American Optometric Association as well as the Maryland Optometric Association. In her spare time she enjoys the great outdoors, good music, and spending time with family and friends. She currently resides in Ellicott City with her husband and their cat, Monty.
Dr. Beth Cunningham
Dr. Beth Cunningham received her medical degree from Georgetown University Medical School in 2001. She then went on to complete her ophthalmic residency at Georgetown University Hospital. Dr. Cunningham is a native of Maryland and completed her undergraduate degree in Biology at Loyola College in Maryland graduating summa cum laude and as a recipient of the Hauber fellowship. She has been a board certified ophthalmologist since 2005 and has performed thousands of cataract surgeries and ophthalmic lasers and procedures. She is highly experienced at treating a wide range of ophthalmic diseases from glaucoma to dry eye to macular degeneration. Dr. Cunningham is an active member of the American Medical Association, American Academy of Ophthalmology and American Society of Cataract Refractive Surgery.
In her free time, she enjoys the study of viniculture and farming at the local Mary’s Land farm right here in Ellicott City. She lives with her husband and two young children in Pasadena.
